FAQs

How many people do I need to book a party?

We require a minimum of five participants for private parties.

How long do parties last?

Each of our parties is two hours of fun.

What is required to reserve a date for a party?

A $100 deposit is required upon booking to reserve the date. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your final balance.

Can I change the number of party attendees after booking?

The final headcount for parties must be confirmed seven days prior to the party

What if I have food allergies?

The client is responsible for disclosing any food allergies and/or special requests seven days prior to the party.

When is the final payment due for parties?

Parties must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the party.

What if I need to cancel my party after booking the date?

A minimum of seven days' notice is required for cancellation, upon which 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Any notification less than four days will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
